Jerry is a senior leader in the financial services industry, with operating experience in Europe, Asia and South Africa. He joined St. James’s Place in 2019 to lead the corporate strategy division, before being appointed as the Managing Director of SJP Asia in 2023. 

Prior to SJP, Jerry worked for RSA Insurance Group, Direct Line Group, and Old Mutual. 

In 2023, Jerry achieved his Executive MBA degree with the University of Oxford.

Having begun a marketing career in the sales promotions industry in the UK, Joel made the transition into the Life Insurance industry in 2007 with Friends Provident. After a successful career in the UK performing roles in Group Strategy and Corporate Pensions, Joel was seconded to Friends Provident International to support growth in South East Asia and was given responsibility for building a local marketing function as Regional Marketing Manager, South East Asia. This role included developing regional strategy and brand and communications as well as supporting the diversification of distribution. In 2011, whilst in this role, Joel was recognised by The British Chamber of Commerce, winning the prestigious Young Professional of the Year award for his achievements in supporting the growth of a new business across multiple channels.

At the end of 2011, Joel joined The Henley Group where he led the development and implementation of a Partner focused marketing strategy, which helped individual Partners in Singapore, Hong Kong and China (Shanghai) to increase their new business volumes and assets under management, drive database generation, client referrals, and establish new business partner relationships. Since the St. James’s Place 2014 acquisition of The Henley Group, Joel has been instrumental in the growth and protection of the St. James’s Place brand across Asia. As Marketing Director and a member of SJP Asia’s Senior Leadership Team, Joel has overall responsibility for all aspects of marketing strategy including digital, brand, internal and external communications, client engagement and market insights.

Joel’s key strengths lie in his knowledge of the financial services industry and research driven market insight. As a sponsor of the SJP Graduate Development Programme and Chair of the Asia Governance Committee for the SJP Charitable Foundation, his commitment to coaching and nurturing talent and a drive and passion for engaging with all stakeholders within our community help support sustainable growth here in Asia.

Raymond has more than 19 years of experience in banking and financial services in extensive roles ranging from advisory to business development and channel distribution. Spending the earlier years of his career in Relationship Management at Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank, Raymond moved on to a financial advisory role at Manulife before managing a team of Financial Planners at AXA Life. Seeking a different challenge in the corporate sector, Raymond joined AIA, where he implemented a programme to recruit and develop Advisers aspiring towards achieving the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) accolade and was also part of the management team that established AIA Financial Advisers, recruiting several hundred Advisers in its inaugural year.

This industry experience has enabled Raymond to deeply appreciate the financial services landscape in Singapore and translate that knowledge and expertise into meaningful and effective engagements with St. James’s Place Partners to support them better and empower them to grow stronger and more sustainable businesses.

Junlynn is an insurance professional with broad experience across multiple-level insurance channel management in the high net worth and ultra-high net worth segments. More than 11 years ago, she began her career in the Banking industry, before joining Transamerica to pioneer and manage a successful Bancassurance sales and distribution channel. Following which, Junlynn joined the senior management team at Nexus Financial Services, with a focus on developing the Private Client Insurance strategy. Her forte lies in an aptitude for translating business requirements into efficient operating models and strategies that complement both business and financial objectives.

In 2018, Junlynn joined St. James’s Place and acquired the responsibility of building and implementing the Legacy Planning proposition, alongside her role as a Partnership Development Manager. Tapping on her extensive financial advisory sales and management experience, Junlynn assists St. James’s Place Partners in maximising their business potential.

With more than two decades in the financial industry, Dickson specialises in delivering tailored financial solutions. Having worked in Prudential and IPP Financial Advisers, Dickson joined St. James's Place in 2017 as a Development Manager, guiding and developing advisers to advance their careers in the financial services industry. Known for his dedication to delivering personalised financial guidance, Dickson excels in crafting bespoke financial plans for each client's needs. In his current role, he plays a key role in growing our business in the local market, providing one-to-one financial advice to clients.

Geraldine manages Regulatory Compliance, Governance and Market Conduct matters for the Singapore office. As a compliance professional equipped with over 14 years of experience, her career took off with Ernst and Young in the financial services audit function, auditing a wide range of financial institutions in the banking and asset management sectors. She subsequently took on various commercial Compliance related roles with fund management and financial advisory companies such as Lion Global Investors, JP Morgan Asset Management and Infinitum Financial Advisory (subsidiary of Income), which broadened her risk and compliance expertise and honed her leadership skills. In 2023, Geraldine joined St. James’s Place to support the front and back-office stakeholders, and at the same time design, implement and monitor processes to ensure continued compliance to regulations and business efficiency. 

Geraldine holds the ICA Advanced Diploma in Regulatory Compliance, along with a degree in accountancy. She enjoys family time and embark on new travel adventures.
